Urologist Opportunity – Roseburg, Oregon

Position: Urologist
Location: Roseburg, OR
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Highlights

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established urology practice in southern Oregon. This opportunity offers access to advanced robotic technology, a supportive clinical team, low call volume, and the ability to build a busy surgical practice while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance.

The incoming physician will join a growing program supported by experienced advanced practice providers, a collaborative medical staff, and a strong regional referral network.

Practice Details
  • Full-time employed position
  • Established urology practice with a strong referral base
  • Access to two da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems
  • Join an experienced team consisting of:
    • 1 part-time Urologist (14 days per month)
    • 1 full-time Nurse Practitioner
  • Shared call schedule with a maximum of 8 days per month
  • Additional compensation available for call coverage exceeding 8 days per month
  • Generally low call volume due to the size of the hospital and strong emergency department support
  • Outpatient EMR: Epic
  • Inpatient EMR: MEDITECH (transitioning to Epic in 2027)
  • Collaborative clinical environment with dedicated support staff
Clinical Opportunity
  • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urologic care
  • Perform office-based and operative urologic procedures
  • Utilize advanced robotic technology for minimally invasive surgery
  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide longitudinal patient care
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities
  • Opportunity for additional income through participation in the outpatient surgery center management group
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $501,867 – $639,180 annually
  • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $23,077 (includes tax gross-up)
  • Productivity incentive program
  • Additional ancillary income opportunity through membership in the outpatient surgery center management group
  • 28 days of paid vacation
  • 5 CME days annually
  • Annual CME Allowance: $5,000

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
  • Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills, including interest in robotic surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
