Job description

Saint Francis Healthcare, an independent healthcare system, is seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join Cape ENT Group. Cape ENT is an established ear, nose, and throat practice that serves adult and pediatric patients in the southeast Missouri and southern Illinois regions, as well as patients in western Kentucky.

Join a practice with 4 otolaryngologists and 2 nurse practitioners, with adequate patient volume available on day one.

Cape ENT services a patient population of 720,000 and offers the true capability to practice all aspects of ENT. High volume thyroid/parathyroid surgical patients are available as well as surgical management of head and neck cancer, for those interested.

Clinic is also staffed with 2 audiologists and multiple allergy immunotherapy personnel.

  • Clinic hours 8:00AM-4:30PM. Physicians have scribes at all times in clinic, thus no notes to complete after clinic.
  • Low Call Volume 
  • Average 28 clinic patients per day and 10-12 surgical procedures per week.
  • Award-winning hospital—named in the “Top 100 Hospitals in the Nation” by IBM Watson Health + ranked as an A-rated hospital by the Leapfrog Group

Compensation:
  • Guaranteed $650,000 Base Salary + Productivity annually 
  • Quality Incentive
  • Student Loan Repayment, PSLF approved
  • $50,000 commencement bonus or Monthly Stipend option for Residents
  • Relocation Allowance up to $15,000
