Job description

Role: Vehicle Operator / Data Logger for Autonomous Vehicle Data Collection
Location: Ann Arbor, MI / Chicago, IL / Philadelphia, PA /Baltimore, MD /Seattle, WA/ Phoenix, AZ / Orlando, FL / Austin, TX/ Minneapolis, MN /Denver, CO/New York, NY/Boston, MA /Atlanta, GA
Term : W2 role
Job Description
Shift Timings:
• First Shift: 6.00am to 2.30pm
• Second Shift: 4.30 to 1.00am
Key Requirements
Must-Have:
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 25 years of age and 3 years of US driving experience per project contract requirements.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
• Able to handle up to 8-hour driving shifts.
• Proficient with GPS/navigation apps and following detailed routes.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, DEKRA data logging systems-Training will be provided). • Highly safety-conscious, organized, and reliable.
• Maintain composure in high stress driving environments (e.g., rush hour traffic).
• English proficient.
Strongly Preferred:
• Prior experience in mileage accumulation or autonomous vehicle data collection projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Keep vehicle fueled/charged, clean, and maintained.
• Schedule repairs when needed.
• Log mileage and maintenance data accurately.
• Report issues daily to the Project Manager.
• Stay professional in high-stress traffic and diverse team environments.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
