This full-time position requires working onsite in our outpatient office located in Buffalo. You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, engaging with specialists from various fields within the institution to deliver a cohesive standard of care. Our office setting is designed for comfort and efficiency, allowing practitioners to focus on patient interactions and treatment delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients to identify health issues and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize acupuncture techniques to address a variety of pathologies, including acute, localized injuries through targeted local acupuncture.
• Implement adjunct techniques such as cupping therapy, electro-acupuncture, and trigger point acupuncture/dry needling, where appropriate, to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with healthcare specialists to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Educate patients on acupuncture processes, addressing any concerns before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient treatments and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education initiatives to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapies.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, contributing to the overall education of the team and community outreach efforts.

Within our facility, we cater to a diverse patient population seeking relief from various ailments—ranging from chronic pain management to stress reduction and overall wellness enhancement. Our patients value personalized care, and as an Acupuncturist, your role is crucial in providing them with tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and health goals.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in acupuncture.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent level of training.
• Strong knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and traditional Chinese medicine principles.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A sincere passion for helping others lead healthier lives.

• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in sports medicine acupuncture or trigger point acupuncture are highly desirable.
• Experience in using various acupuncture techniques and adjunct therapies such as cupping and electro-acupuncture.
• Prior involvement in community health initiatives or educational outreach preferred.

The salary range for this position is USD 20 – 75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer bonuses based on performance and patient satisfaction metrics.
