  • Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm, setting the stage for a fun and elevated experience.
  • Take precise food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the POS, and coordinate smooth, timely delivery from kitchen and bar.
  • Maintain tables with care throughout the meal; pre-bussing, resetting, and supporting overall cleanliness and ambiance.
  • Stay a step ahead by monitoring pacing, refilling beverages, and offering thoughtful suggestions or pairings.
  • Manage billing and payments with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Complete side work with pride, including stocking stations, polishing glassware and silverware, and keeping sections guest-ready.
  • Pitch in with bussers, hosts, and fellow servers to keep the floor humming smoothly during busy periods.
  • Grow your craft by staying current on food trends, beverage knowledge, and evolving service techniques.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and team work skills.
  • Must meet health and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.
