Food Server - Brew Brothers Tap House -Tropicana Laughlin
We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused Food Server to join the Brew Brothers Tap House team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere, loves talking about craft beer, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service. As a server, you'll help create the fun, upbeat dining experience Brew Brothers is known for.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm salutation and take beverage orders promptly
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, using a tray, and check back often for refills and guest needs
  • Maintain clean tables by removing used dishes and glassware throughout the dining experience
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Brew Brothers' craft beer selections, including styles, flavor profiles, and suggested pairings
  • Provide menu recommendations and practice suggestive selling of beer, appetizers, entrées, and desserts
  • Deliver guest checks, process payments, and return change or receipts promptly
  • Assemble food orders as needed and ensure accuracy before delivery
  • Assist teammates and support smooth restaurant operations during peak periods
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times

Qualifications
  • Three to six months of experience in a similar restaurant, hotel, or casino environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
  • Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain a current SNHD Health Card
  • Must possess and maintain a Alcohol Card for Nevada
