Shift Leader

Lead the shift so every guest gets fast, accurate, friendly service. Set goals, assign roles, coach in real time, and uphold Dunkin’ standards.

Responsibilities

  • Position and deploy crew to meet demand.
  • Train, coach, and recognize performance during the shift.
  • Drive speed, accuracy, and problem resolution.
  • Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and security.
  • Monitor quality and marketing execution.
  • Report equipment and performance issues to the GM/AM.
  • Model exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

  • English fluency; solid math and writing.
  • QSR experience required; leadership preferred.
  • Guest-focused, decisive, and calm under pressure.
