Local Route Delivery Driver/Brewery Representative

Monday - Friday 8:00am start


Fort Wayne

Get paid to deliver beer! Mad Anthony Brewing Company is looking to add a Local Route Delivery Driver to our team.


What you'll do:

As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll start your day by performing a safety pre-trip inspection, gassing up your truck and receiving your route information. Then, you're off to deliver beer to Northeast Indiana grocery stores, liquor stores, bars and restaurants. Throughout the day, you'll collect payments, navigate roads safely and provide great customer service to our customers. Once your route is complete, you'll end the day with paperwork that includes trip reports, logs, and records of sales or delivery.

Requirements

What you're good at:

Our Route Delivery Drivers are outgoing, independent and responsible employees who make customer service a priority. They're focused on safety, pay close attention to detail and excel at conflict resolution.


You will also have:

  • Passion for the Beer Industry
  • Basic Mathematical skills
  • Impeccable driving record with valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift up to 175 lbs.
  • Able to provide an active alcohol serving permit and certificate of alcohol training course.
  • Friendly and courteous service in interactions with retail accounts.
  • Able to promote the brand and ensure orders are correctly delivered
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to handle equipment and chemicals safely
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Type: Part-Time/Full Time - Must be able to work events, some nights and weekends.

Experience:

  • Delivery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 1 year (preferred)
