Salary Range: $12.00 per hour + tips - $12.00 per hour +tips

At Croix Rooftop, the bar is more than a station-it's a stage. As a Bartender, you're the mixologist, the mood-setter, and the master of the moment. You blend precision with personality, crafting cocktails that hit hard and service that hits different. You know your spirits, read your guests, and keep the energy electric.
We're seeking bartenders with solid knowledge of classic and craft cocktails who thrive in a fast-paced rooftop setting. The role requires quick adaptability, efficiency during peak service, and consistent quality.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the bar with confidence-mix, shake, and stir with style and speed.
  • Deliver elevated guest experiences through expert drink knowledge and flawless execution.
  • Manage bar prep, stock, and cleanliness like a pro.
  • Upsell with authenticity-recommend cocktails, spirits, and pairings that match the vibe.
  • Keep the bar flowing-collaborate with servers, runners, and barbacks to maintain pace.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
  • Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
  • Stay sharp on trends, seasonal ingredients, and new techniques.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail creation.
