Job description


We are currently hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher at Chesapeake & Maine.
Responsible for ensuring both BOH and FOH areas are clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout a given shift. The Dishwasher should take great pride in delivering unparalleled experiences and value teamwork, integrity, and professional development. Possess excellent time management skills while being able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting adhering to all food and safety regulations and procedures.
What You'll Brew:
  • Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes (pots, pans, and trays), and place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed; ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assist with all food preparation duties as needed
  • Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation
  • Must ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
  • Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
  • Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
  • Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation

What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
  • Weekend availability required

Level: 10
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $17 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
