About Our Family

We are a warm and welcoming family of four in Henderson, NV, juggling busy lives but committed to creating a loving and organized home. One parent runs a CPA firm and frequently travels for work, while the other manages the household and volunteers regularly, often spending long days away from home. Our household also includes two school-aged children, 6 and 8 years old, who are active, curious, and involved in piano lessons, baseball, and soccer.

A significant factor in our daily rhythm is a cross-town school commute. School drop-off and pick-up require approximately 45-60 minutes each way, creating up to four hours of driving on some days. This commute, combined with full days of work, volunteering, and activities, can leave the household feeling stretched and behind.

We'd love to find someone who can take the reins on household management, making our home run smoothly, and help us regain balance. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of our family's journey and support us as we navigate our busy lives.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We need someone proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. You'll be expected to maintain order while also fostering an engaging and warm atmosphere with our children.

We are looking for someone who is organized and reliable, with a balance of being focused on tasks while still being present and responsive to the needs of our family. You will help us streamline our systems, provide meal support, assist with household management, and help make our home a welcoming place for both everyday life and special events.
