Objective
Client is seeking an experienced beauty and hair content writer to support the growth of one of its incubator brands. The ideal writer will create authoritative, educational content that expands the brand's visibility through SEO and emerging GEO initiatives while establishing topical authority in the beauty and hair care space.
Profile Overview
We are looking for a writer with demonstrated expertise in the beauty industry, specifically hair care, hair styling, and beauty-related topics. This individual will partner closely with the internal marketing team, which will provide content strategy, keywords, briefs, and topic direction. The writer will be responsible for producing high-quality, research-backed content that aligns with brand goals and supports search visibility.
The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with industry credibility, understands evolving search trends, and can create content that demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T).
Scope
  • Initial engagement: 5-10 hours per week, with room to increase hours
  • Approximately 1 content asset per week
  • Ongoing freelance engagement
  • Collaborative partnership with internal marketing and content teams
Responsibilities
  • Write SEO- and GEO-focused content across multiple formats
  • Create blog articles, listicles, educational guides, FAQs, and YouTube scripts
  • Conduct independent research to ensure content accuracy and credibility
  • Incorporate provided keywords, briefs, and content strategy recommendations
  • Produce content that is optimized for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery experiences
  • Utilize AI tools responsibly to support research and content development while maintaining originality and quality
  • Collaborate with designers and recommend supporting graphics, visual assets, infographics, and video concepts that can enhance content performance
