Job description

Who We Are: At Huda Beauty, our Vision is to lead in creating a democratized beauty industry where power is given back to people to define, create, and enjoy beauty for themselves! Launched by award-winning beauty powerhouse Huda Kattan in 2013, Huda Beauty is one of the world's fastest growing beauty brands. As a company, we are fueled by purpose and not profit, this allows us to approach things differently so that we can create products, content, and a community like no other. A lot has changed since our launch in 2013, but something that will forever remain at the core of Huda Beauty is our focus on business excellence and our unwavering passion for kindness!

Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with Sephora and other retailers. Your strong experience and knowledge of Sephora's operations, product requirements, and customer preferences will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership. This position will give the right candidate exposure to many departments within the company and will provide insight and experience into how a beauty brand is managed from the corporate level.

Account Strategy & Retail Partnership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in partnership with Sephora.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand and Sephora, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks through deep knowledge of Sephora programs and initiatives; translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Drive incremental brand visibility across brick-and-mortar stores and Sephora.com.
  • Lead retailer meeting coordination, including calendar management, agenda setting, and preparation of presentations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute Market Week and ITK presentations.
  • Support account budget planning and track investment effectiveness and ROI.

SKU & Data Governance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across retailer portals (e.g., Riversand/Bowser, Ecomundo, K-Link, Snapstrat).
  • Ensure regulatory documentation and retailer requirements are complete and compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits to validate SKU attributes, pricing accuracy, and account data.
  • Manage and maintain pricing lists across domestic and international retail partners.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends using internal and external reporting tools.
  • Identify performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities; develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct multi-dimensional business analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Track new product launch performance and provide insights to internal and global stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular business updates through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management or sales within the beauty industry; Sephora experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sustained business growth
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the beauty landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms
  • Strategic, adaptable, and proactive; able to anticipate challenges and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a high degree of flexibility and ownership

Benefits

  • 401(k) matching contributions
  • Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependents
  • Monthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success Coach
  • Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products
  • Hybrid working schedules (home & office)
