Position: Multi-Line Representative
Employer: Beau Booth - State Farm Agency
Compensation: Salary plus commission
Licensing: Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance and Life, Health & Sickness Insurance licenses (agency sponsored)
Role Overview:
You will prospect and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer insurance needs, and market appropriate products and services. You are expected to generate new insurance business through leads, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships is key, as well as working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. The role requires a strong work ethic and teamwork with the office staff to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop leads and schedule appointments
  • Identify customer needs and market suitable insurance products/services
  • Generate new business via leads, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through needs-based conversations
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals and quotas
  • Maintain commitment to success and collaborate with office team
Qualifications:
