What are 'bears' in the context of jobs?

In the context of jobs, 'bears' does not refer to a specific profession. However, in some workplaces, particularly in the entertainment industry (such as mascots or performers at theme parks), or in wildlife management and research, 'bear' may refer to a role involving working with or portraying bears. In LGBTQ+ culture, 'bear' is also a term used to describe a subculture of larger, often hairy men, but this is not a job title. If you are looking for careers involving actual bears, consider positions like wildlife biologist, zookeeper, or animal trainer.
