What are beans in the context of jobs?

In the context of jobs, 'beans' generally does not refer to a specific job title. However, in the technology sector, particularly in Java programming, a 'bean' refers to a reusable software component that follows certain conventions, such as having a no-argument constructor and getter and setter methods. JavaBeans are used to encapsulate many objects into a single object (the bean), so they can be passed around easily. If you are referring to a different context, such as agriculture or food production, 'bean' might refer to someone who works with bean crops, such as a bean farmer or processor.
