Activities-Guest Experience Director

POSITION:                           Activities-Guest Experience Director

STATUS:                              Non Exempt Part Time

HOURS:                               Part Time - Hours vary depending on activity schedule

 JOB SUMMARY:

The Activity-Guest Experience Director is responsible for implementing and overseeing all planned resort activities for our owners and guests to ensure they have the best experience possible at our timeshare property. We pride ourself in providing an excellent level of personalized service to all and memorable experience supplemented by a qualified person in this position.  This position requires a high level of creativity, motivated, communicative, engaging, exciting and personable personality that will elevate our owner/guest experience.   

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The Activity-Guest Experience Director position requires a high energy level person with a positive, upbeat and a friendly personality.  This person must convey a promotional demeanor utilizing a friendly and approachable attitude to engage owners and guests.  You need to be able and comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.  Must be well organized and display excellent customer service behavior at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to setup/teardown activity related programs, maintain product delivery/storage, inventory/restocking, produce related materials, signage, decor, and related environments.  Utilize, setup and maintain related equipment or supplies for each activity.  Oversee promotional merchandise/materials program with creative marketable products, maintaining inventory control and sales.  The work environment is that of a typical Florida beach resort surroundings, including but not limited to working in the hot summer heat, humidity, light rain, occasional cool temperatures, working inside condos plus encountering multiple noise levels created by owners, guests and other people out and around on the beach area.
