The Position:
Responsible for daily operation, including Front Desk staff, Guest Service Staff, Custodial staff and Maintenance staff. Responsible for providing exemplary customer service for RV Resort. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assist RV Resort Manager in daily operations.
  • Ensures and upholds the RV Resort commitment to provide exemplary guest service.
  • Ensuring safety, understands emergency procedures and how to act upon them.
  • Oversees guest registration, fee collection, purchasing and accounting for RV Resort.
  • Interview, selects, trains and supervises RV Resort staff.
  • Creates weekly schedule for RV Resort staff ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Receives vendor invoices, verifies information and processes for payment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • 2 years of previous experience in Resort management.
  • RV Resort experience preferred.
  • Analytical/mathematics skills essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Excellent guest service approach in dealing with guests.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Strong clerical experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to handle guest disputes.
  • Current and valid Oregon Drivers License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Drivers Program.
