Description:

Adamas Building Services is looking to hire a Beach Attendant needed until LABOR DAY!

Shifts Available: Open

Pay Rate: $16-$17 & Tips are Possible


To be considered:

-Must Live within  a 10-15 mile radius  of Long Branch, NJ


Beach Attendants will be responsible for:

  • Assisting guests with setting up beach/pool chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
  • Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner and 
  • Ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough
  • Always ensuring cleanliness and order of pool and beach areas, including chairs and umbrellas.
  • Responding to all guests needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing guests with clean towels as requested.
  • Monitoring pool/beach entrance areas to ensure only OP registered guests are accessing areas
  • Folding/preparing pool towels for distribution.
  • Distributing appropriate number of pool towels for each registered room ensuring all documentation has been completed with appropriate information and signatures. 
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

High School diploma preferred 

Must have open availability including weekends

Must have exceptional customer service skills

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.

Job related experience in a similar setting preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff verbally and in written form.

Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Must be able to work varied shifts including weekend, holidays, early morning and mid-day/early evening.
