Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL)

Choice Hospice is seeking a results-driven Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL) with proven success in home health and/or hospice marketing, referral development, and admissions growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who understands relationship-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Build, strengthen, and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners.
  • Position Choice Hospice as the provider of choice through consultative selling and exceptional service.
  • Develop strategic territory growth plans and execute initiatives that drive admissions.
  • Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and patient benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Maintain strong visibility within the healthcare community through outreach and networking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly admission and growth goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare marketing.
What We're Looking For

Recent home health or hospice marketing/business development experience with good work tenure strongly preferred. Demonstrated success growing referrals and increasing admissions. Established relationships within healthcare and post-acute markets preferred. Strong understanding of hospice and home health operations and referral processes. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
