As a Guest Services Associate, you will handle inbound/outbound scripted calls/emails and appointment setting for Sales or Service customers.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all incoming sales inquires are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script
  • Outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
  • Respond to customer emails & chats
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Customer Satisfaction calls to make sure customers are happy with the service they received
  • Log customer information and purify database

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of call center experience and/or BDC experience preferred
  • Must be able and willing to work full-time, including rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays
  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive skills preferred

  • Effective communication - over the phone and via email/chat/text
  • Ability to learn and follow Guest Services scripts/process
  • Ability to learn and utilize Guest Services tools/software
