Role Description:

The Mail List Processor and Data Supervisor using BCC Mail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for importing, processing, and managing mailing lists within BCC Mail Manager, including data cleansing, de-duplication, address standardization, and postal presort to ensure accurate and efficient direct mail production. The person in this position will supervise data workflows, maintain data integrity across projects, and coordinate with production, logistics, and account teams to meet deadlines and postal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include setting up jobs, performing quality checks on data, troubleshooting list issues, documenting processes, and optimizing list strategies to support omnichannel campaigns. The role also involves training team members on data procedures, collaborating with customer service and sales to interpret client list needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of data and mail processes.
