Noor Talents Staffing places top-tier behavioral health professionals into dynamic clinical environments. Newline Behavioral Solutions is a child-focused ABA therapy center committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care to children ages 2–14 with developmental challenges.

About the Role:

Newline Behavioral Solutions, a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children with autism and developmental delays, is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time. The BCBA will work directly with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and interdisciplinary teams to design and oversee behavior support plans.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation

  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed

  • Collaborate with families, therapists, and educational professionals

  • Train staff on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and data collection

  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality assurance activities

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with PMT policies and insurance requirements




Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
