Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Collect data and submit session notes Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate in staff meetings and trainings Maintain vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting and be prompt to appointments Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Effective communication in English and Spanish, both verbal and written Valid state identification card Reliability and good transportation Must pass a criminal background check RBT certification (Required) Benefits 401(k) matching Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance Paid time off and legal holidays Paid maternity leave Flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, up to 25% travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
