Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring one full-time (32+ hours a week) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage ABA services delivered to our clients in Orange County.

The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism,ADHDand Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the clients caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.

Primary JobResponsibilities

  • Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs)and uses assessment tools
  • Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities
  • Ensures integrity of program implementation
  • Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans andmodifyprograms as needed
  • Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
  • Provides individualized client-centered parent training
  • Engagesin active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers
  • Facilitatesclinical team meetings (CTMs)
  • Modelsbehavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers
  • Providessupervision,support, and development opportunitiesto behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Generatesand completesprogress reports

Skills and Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Masters degree in a related field isrequired
    • Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • Prior supervisory experience
    • Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test
    • Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check
    • Consistent and reliable transportation
  • Preferred:
    • Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills
