To thrive as a BCBA In Training, you need a solid background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), a relevant graduate degree, and eligibility or enrollment in a BACB-approved supervision program. Familiarity with data collection software, behavior intervention planning tools, and knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines are typically required.
