Job description

Progressive Option Support Services LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team!! We seek qualified and dedicated professionals to service children and families throughout NJ. Please note this position is fully in person in NJ.
Responsibilities (vary depending on qualifications) :
  • Oversee and monitor a comprehensive ABA home program
  • Design, teach, and supervise ABA interventions that are ethical and effective
  • Supervise behavioral technicians and others who implement behavior analytic interventions
  • Provide training in ABA methods
  • Implement parent training to caregivers and other family members
  • Prepares updated authorizations for insurance
  • Implement treatment programs for children with ASD

Requirements :
  • Possess a valid certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a NJ LBA
  • Must meet background screening requirement
  • Comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information.
  • Be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter
  • Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player!
  • Have reliable technology

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification and NJ LBA
  • At least 6 months of ABA experience
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.
  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)
  • Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
  • Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
