Job description

ABOUT OVERCAST DIGITAL

OverCast Digital is a leading triple-certified TikTok Shop Partner based in Irvine, CA. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for rising social commerce channels, including strategy, affiliate management, and LIVE shopping. Our dedicated team works to shape TikTok into a vibrant community of inspiration and influence, with a network of top content creators and affiliates leading the charge. At OverCast Digital, we believe that the future of commerce is social.

THE ROLE

Overcast Digital is looking for a Senior Manager to help lead our affiliate creator function. This person will manage a team of Brand Creator Associates (BCAs), own a portfolio of complex client accounts, and lead the operational buildout of new client programs as they launch onto affiliate. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants both people management and direct client ownership, sitting at the intersection of affiliate strategy and managing execution.

The ideal candidate is energized by affiliate and creator marketing: outreach at scale, identifying performance patterns across hundreds of creators, and the operational detail that makes a program run smoothly. They're highly organized by nature - attention to detail is a core strength, both in client-facing deliverables and in coaching team members toward the same standard. They're a natural mentor, comfortable giving direct feedback to help team members grow. They move toward ambiguity as a natural problem solver, and showcase client-facing confidence. This person should be as comfortable leading a strategy call as they are reviewing a creator outreach list and messaging matrix.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage a team of BCAs day-to-day: 1:1s, output review, turnaround and quality standards, coaching, and development conversations, partnering with Account Directors and Director of Creator Partnerships on performance feedback.
  • Identify and flag which BCAs are showing aptitude for different career tracks as part of ongoing development conversations.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts as the senior affiliate lead: joining calls, directing strategy, and approving creative briefs.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and brands launching onto affiliate, building the initial creator pipeline, setting outreach strategy, and standing up sampling logistics, then transitioning oversight as the account stabilizes and the assigned BCA ramps.
  • Partner on affiliate systems and tooling (Cruva and similar), surfacing friction from the execution level and piloting process changes at the BCA level.
  • Coordinate with the Creator Management team on the weekly creator tracking handoff and standard-to-VIP creator graduation trigger.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Account Directors on brief creation, campaign alignment, and marketing calendar coordination.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of affiliate marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting (or equivalent multi-brand in-house) and 3+ years in a people management capacity.
  • 1+ year of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing experience (strategy or execution).
  • Proven ability to join and present on client calls, including leading strategy conversations and presenting performance data.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Directors, Account Managers, and junior-level team members.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling and content, and its direct impact on consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Strong analytical instincts, able to go beyond reporting metrics to identify what's actually driving creator and content performance.
  • Comfort with outreach and creator management tooling; experience with platforms like Cruva a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Desired Experience

  • 2+ years of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing experience.
  • TikTok Live Shopping experience.
  • Experience with Cruva, Euka, or similar affiliate outreach platforms for TikTok Shop.
  • Deep beauty or skincare category experience.
  • Additional category experience in CPG, lifestyle, or fashion.

Location

  • Irvine, CA (preferred)
  • Remote (open to qualified candidates)
