Job description

Position Description Successful applicants will be trained to perform Ballot by Mail (BBM) duties and responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: Mail Processing, Imaging, Correspondence, Ballot Now, Data Entry or Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).This position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to office policies and procedures. Applicants should be capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other documents as directed

Assisting with the filing and storage of election records. Preparing BBM voting materials. Assisting with supply handout before and supply returns after an Election.

Inputting data and scanning documents into election-related programs and databases. Verifying compliance of communications, documents and forms utilized for mail voting with the Texas Election Code. Supporting other BBM teams as necessary and appropriate.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office and a warehouse environment. Occasionally lifting and carrying 10 to 30 pounds for short distances. May require extended time standing.
