  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and negotiate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (ratecards, preferred programmatic deals, content deals, etc.)
  • Devise a vertical-specific sales strategy that proactively identifies short-term and long-term opportunities, building a pipeline of revenue
  • Develop strategic relationships with your clients, understanding their business, their challenges and their needs
  • Manage all client communication, from the RFP process (briefing to conversion) to leading client meetings (presenting to follow ups)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams including client success, media and ad ops, data, creative, marketing and finance
  • Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and vertical-specific client needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proven success in digital advertising with 5+ years of experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Relationships across agency groups (specifically OMG and IPG) and direct client partnerships in Auto or Telecom
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including content companies, tech platforms and measurement companies
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to sell through ideas to clients
  • Excited to be a part of a fast paced, verticalized sales environment
  • Results driven and solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
Benefits
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
