Baystate Health | Springfield, MA | Full-Time
Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, is seeking inpatient Registered Nurses to join the Endoscopy team at Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet-designated hospital for nursing excellence.
Our Endoscopy Department is fully equipped to support you in delivering exceptional care to patients with digestive and gastrointestinal conditions in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
About the Department
Our gastroenterology team is dedicated to the treatment and research of GI conditions, including:
  • Common conditions: abdominal pain, GERD, IBS, bleeding, constipation, and diarrhea
  • Complex cases: liver, pancreas, and bile duct disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, and motility disorders
  • You'll work alongside physicians, nurses, advanced practitioners, and support staff committed to safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
  • Start times: 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM
  • Rotating on-call coverage (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
  • Typical call rotation: every 10th-15th (subject to change)

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in Massachusetts
  • Current AHA BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider)
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience require
  • Critical care, pre-op, or post-op experience preferred
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
