Job description

Village Place Health and Rehab is looking for an excellent Registered Nurse (RN)  or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Supervisor (Baylor Program) to join our facility!

Responsibilities of a RN or LPN Unit Manager:

  • Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
  • Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
  • Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications for a RN or LPN Supervisor:

  • Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
  • Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
  • One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities of the RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor

Friday - FLoor Nurse role, Saturday and Sunday - Supervisor Role

Assist in the management of patient needs.

Assist and support the overall care of patients.

Perform and document observations.

Perform all nursing duties in accordance with the state Nursing Act specific to the state you are working in, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures.
