Job description

The Transformation and Lessons Learned Integrator for the I-TLLM Division will assist units to accomplish their training, experimentation and real-world operations objectives associated with all matters concerning DOTMLPF-P analysis and assessments. Performance Requirements: * The Contractor will support the Force Modernization Office. * The Contractor will directly support the Force Design and Force integration functions to facilitate the Intelligence Warfighting Functions (IWfF) and Intelligence Warfighting Systems (IWfS) organizational design requirements, as captured within the framework of Combined Arms Center (CAC) guidance. * The Contractor is responsible for developing Force Structure requirements. * The Contractor will provide QA/AC of IWfF doctrinal requirements associated with the proposed Intelligence-Future Concept Directorate (I-FCD) organizational design for Intelligence assets, in the form of Force Design Workbooks (FDWs) and Force Concept Workbooks (FCWs). * The Contractor will validate FCWs/FDWs operational feasibility, achievability, and sustainability within a 5-year Total Army Analysis (TAA)/Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle. * The Contractor will identify relevant Program of Record solutions within HQDA-directed resource-constrained guidelines. * The Contractor will collaborate and coordinate with HQDA G8, Western Hemisphere Command (WHC), Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and other COEs as it pertains to MI organizational requirements. * The Contractor will support Intelligence Battle Lab (IBL) experimentation efforts and verify linkages in compliance with Intelligence requirements at Joint. * The Contractor will ensure that the IWfF develops solutions in compliance with the National Defense Strategy, the Department of War, and national polices to generate new doctrinal documentation to shape the FDU proposal and updates to Army publications. Qualifications: * 8-years of Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance experience operational, organizational, capabilities and cost-benefit analysis experience. * Prefer 10 to 15 years of Army Intelligence operational experience at multiple echelons. * Knowledge and experience in force structure analysis and the requirements/capability development process. * Possess a DoD TS/SCI Clearance. * Experience with MS Office Suite of Programs. Compensation Details:
