Summary

We are currently looking for a Production Support Processor. The Production Support Processor supports manufacturing operations by auditing batch records, processing job orders and inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and production yields.

Responsiblities
  • Audit Packaging and Bulk batch records and folder contents;
  • Work with Production, Batching and Warehouse personnel to find/fix Batch Record and inventory issues;
  • Complete Accountability/Traceability page and Production Yield page on batch records;
  • Process Job Orders (inventory relief/create finish goods/process sterilized product job orders and receive sterilized product with purchase orders) and other miscellaneous inventory transactions within Syteline as needed;
  • Research inventory discrepancies and variances;
  • Collect specific lot information paperwork for completed product for the Shipping department;
  • All other related duties (i.e. physical inventory, filing, etc.) as needed.Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse and office experience- Preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (Syteline) or similar inventory tracking.
  • Excellent attendance is a must.
