About the role
As a Senior Facets G6 Batch Engineer, you will make an impact by configuring, operating, and optimizing high-volume TriZetto Facets G6 batch workloads in AWS environments. You will support critical healthcare payer batch cycles-such as claims, eligibility, billing, and financial processing-ensuring reliable execution within defined batch windows in regulated PHI environments.
This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants.
In this role, you will:
  • Configure, execute, and support Facets G6 batch jobs across AWS-hosted environments (DEV through PROD)
  • Manage Facets G6 engine configurations, including concurrency, memory allocation, and throughput tuning
  • Implement and support enterprise batch scheduling using tools such as Control-M
  • Coordinate batch dependencies and recovery flows across Facets core and downstream systems
  • Monitor batch performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve failures or missed batch windows
  • Partner with AWS infrastructure and database teams to align batch execution with platform performance
  • Support environment readiness, batch certification, and post-release validation activities
  • Maintain batch runbooks, schedules, and operational documentation

  • Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets batch processing, preferably G6
  • Experience running Facets batch workloads in AWS environments
  • Knowledge of high-volume healthcare payer batch cycles (claims, eligibility, billing)
  • Experience with enterprise batch schedulers such as Control-M
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for batch failures and performance issues
  • Understanding of PHI handling and healthcare operational controls

These will help you stand out
  • Experience with Facets G6 batch performance tuning or remediation
  • Exposure to containerized or EKS-based AWS environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps or automation supporting batch operations
  • AWS or DevOps certifications

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $93K-$109K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
