  • $50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)
  • Highperforming techs average $55+ hourly income

What You'll Do

You'll be the expert homeowners rely on for safe, highquality generator installations:

  • Install home standby generators (20kW-150kW)
  • Install transfer switches (100A-800A)
  • Set up loadshedding & powermanagement modules
  • Complete control wiring & lowvoltage connections
  • Install or upgrade electrical panels
  • Perform electrical service upgrades
  • Run conduit, wiring, and all components needed for safe, efficient installs

You'll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job right.

What You Bring

We're looking for skilled trades pros who take pride in their work:

  • 2-5 years of electrical experience
  • Strong communication skills - professional, polite, and customerfocused
  • Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Experience working with residential customers (a plus)
  • Journeyman Electrician license (a plus)
