Position Overview:

As part of the talented Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving product discoverability, conversion and optimizing our digital commerce ecosystems. This role owns content execution, collaborating with and supporting retailer, dealer and distribution ecommerce platforms, evolving owned ecommerce experiences and overseeing the performance and utilization of key digital tools.

Essential Functions:

Own the ecommerce merchandising strategy across assigned brands, aligned with conversion and customer experience goals, collaborate on product assortments, category hierarchies, navigation and site taxonomy.

Leverage customer insights, search behavior, and performance data to inform merchandising decisions on partner and owned websites. Make and execute recommendations to improve overall customer journey.

Support the strategy and execution of product data governance within the PIM system, ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, category, IT, customer service and performance marketing to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives.

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.

5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, e-commerce operations or digital content management.

Strong understanding of PIM systems, CMS platforms, and e-commerce technologies.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results.

Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Commerce/Magento experience preferred.

Experience working with large online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Bass Pro and/or dealerships

The anticipated pay range for this position is 86,500 - 126,800, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
