Varsity Girls Basketball Coach
Job Summary:
The role of the head basketball coach will be to lead all aspects of the girl basketball program.ย  The position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes and all assistant coaches within the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintains a working knowledge of all district and MHSAA rules governing extracurricular athletics
-Travels with student-athletes to and from all away games
-Ensures proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of all program materials including uniforms and balls
-Supervises team in the locker rooms at all home games, away games, and practices to ensure appropriate behavior
-Maintains a safe environment and facilities for student-athletes at all times
-Works with Athletic Director for all practice and game scheduling

    Qualifications:
    -High School diploma or equivalency
    -Previous coaching basketball experience
    -M.H.S.A.A. CAP 1 or 2 completion or in progress
    -CPR certified
    -Time schedule to be compatible with that of the high school
