Job Summary:
The Conversion Tech I is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and transforming event spaces or production environments. This role supports the venue's operational needs by ensuring timely and accurate transitions between event shifts or production modes, as requested.
1st Shift Hours: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Teamwork
  • Assist other conversion team members with room flips and setups, as well as teardowns

Following Directions
  • Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate configurations

Transport
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently

Event Preparation
  • Perform physical conversions of spaces as well as the installation of seats, staging, and equipment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in facilities, event setup, or a related field
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments or with event production teams
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling
