Job Summary:
The College Park Skyhawks Live Entertainment and Production department is looking for a full-time seasonal Live Entertainment & Production Coordinator during the 2026-2027 season to activate and lead our brand outreach and assigned initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, organized, have the ability to prioritize tasks, hit tight deadlines, and navigate a busy event and game schedule. The primary role is to support the Director in executing fan forward activations on game days for anthem talent, halftimes, fan experiences and group sales. Along with supporting strategic community programming for the LE&P department.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Director and serve as primary liaison for Anthem, Halftimes, Primetimes and Concourse Vendors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Anthem, Halftime and specialty acts from booking through game day execution.
  • Handle communications to talent as needed.
  • Coordinate all talent logistics including arrival times, call times, rehearsals, and run of show alignment.
  • Ensure all talent needs and expectations are clearly communicated and executed at a high level.
  • Manage parking, credentials, ticketing and access for all Anthem, Halftime and VIP talent.
  • Ensure all waivers, releases, and required documentation are completed.
  • Support onsite execution of performances, including talent check-in, green room management, and stage readiness.
  • Work with the venue to ensure assigned locations are set-up according to Overview notes
  • Assist with stage management and production needs in relation to gameday needs and department initiatives.

Work with Director in event management and serve as primary liaison for internal and external appearances.
  • Track and maintain our internal database of all booked events, staffed talent and related logistics.
  • Lead event coordination and communications through organized timelines, create checklists for event day logistics, and draft run-of-show documents to ensure all external activations execute smoothly.
  • Serve as primary point of contact during offsite appearances for staffed entertainment and mascots.

  • Support inventory management of giveaway items, departmental props and equipment in arena, offices and offsite storage.
