Boys Basketball Coach - Middle School 
Ogallala Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Middle School Boys Basketball Coach. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the boys basketball program at the middle school level, including player development, program organization, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with the district's values.
Primary Responsibilities:



  • Plan, organize, and lead all practices and competitions
  • Develop student-athletes' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture
  • Ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration
  • Promote academic success and personal growth of student-athletes
  • Support program development and alignment with the high school program
  • Manage equipment, uniforms, and program needs


Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
