Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling document control in support of management
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer emails and direct phone calls to the appropriate people
  • Assist with weekly timecards
  • Data entry
  • Order office supplies/jobsite materials
  • Basic IT requests
  • Execute/sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Invoice Coding and knowledge of cost codes
  • Assist with Daily Reports
  • Manage site badging for field employees
  • General office administrative duties
  • Additional tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Communication skills
  • Previous Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Ability to operate common office equipment
  • The ability to support multiple projects and travel between multiple job sites
  • Work diplomatically with Project Manager, QA/QC, Division Office, Field, and Client
