We are hiring an Office Specialist 2 to support the Client. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1โ€“2 years of administrative, office support, data entry, records, or customer service experience.

Certificate Order Fulfillment โ€“ 50%

  • Review certificate requests and determine customer eligibility.
  • Verify signatures, identification, relationships, and supporting documentation.
  • Search computer systems and certificate databases to locate records and orders.
  • Research discrepancies and verify information before fulfilling customer requests.
  • Print, prepare, seal, and mail certified certificates and supporting documents.
  • Match certificates with receipts and verify mailing addresses.
  • Maintain and retrieve physical and electronic/scanned records.
  • Facilitate Apostille requests and transfers to the Idaho Secretary of State.

Mail & Payment Processing โ€“ 35%

  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate departments.
  • Review monetary instruments and verify information for deposit.
  • Enter payment information into computerized systems accurately.
  • Search computer indexes to locate records and customer orders.
  • Scan, copy, and distribute documents while ensuring scanned records are clear and legible.
  • Prepare and balance daily materials and documentation.
