Job description

The Support Staff/Data Entry provides a combination of data entry and receptionist duties as required. This key position assists in the smooth functioning of the clerical and organizational support services of the career center. This position also works to keep data entered into the system within a timely manner. The Support Staff/Data Entry also serves in the role of receptionist as a point of introduction to the Career Center.

  • High School or Associate’s Degree
  • Two years of progressive secretarial experience
  • Workforce Development experience preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications
