We are seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our fast growing team as full-time general laborers starting at $15/hour and foremen starting at $20/hour.

Field Technicians perform a wide variety of concrete and foundation repair services for residential and commercial developments all over the NWI and South Chicago suburbs.

Responsibilities:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud, and you will be will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The work site is a construction environment. This is a rigorous labor position. Do not apply if you're not willing or able to perform labor work each and every day. This includes breaking out concrete, carrying broken concrete out of basements, digging a trench for drain tile, carrying buckets of mixed concrete, etc. Candidate will be working in all types of weather.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Drivers License and own your own reliable transportation (Required)
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a valid green card or work visa (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Construction or Landscaping experience: 1-3 years (Required)
  • Athletic in nature, be able to lift 75 lbs., and be able to work 6 days a week
  • Have a genuine interest and passion for Construction and Repair
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Be on time, willing to work hard, follow directions, and work well with others
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Griffith, IN
