Regulatory Data Product Owner / Basel Regulatory Reporting Consultant
Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC
Onsite role

We are looking for a Regulatory Data Consultant with strong experience in the Basel Regulatory Capital framework and regulatory reporting within banking/financial services environments. If you have hands-on SQL experience, deep understanding of data sourcing and transformations and experience working in Agile environments as a functional product owner or data lead, please apply.
Required Experience:
  • Strong understanding of Basel Regulatory Capital framework (Basel II/III)
  • Exposure to US regulatory reporting (FR Y-9C, CCAR, Call Reports preferred)
  • Hands-on SQL experience (writing and interpreting complex queries)
  • Data Profiling and Data Analysis experience
  • Experience with data sourcing, transformations and data lineage
  • Functional mapping / Source-to-Target (S2T) documentation
  • Understanding of financial/regulatory reporting processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
  • Experience acting as Product Owner or functional lead preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory capital data requirements
  • Perform data profiling and validation across source systems
  • Define transformation logic and document data mapping (S2T)
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement regulatory data solutions
  • Support regulatory reporting and financial reporting processes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance and Technology teams
