Job Summary
This position works with popular Nashville attractions such as events & concerts at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds Baseball games, as well as several hotels and restaurants to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
Responsibilities
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
