Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months of experience working with adults with disabilities.
  • Increased technical skills related to field of work.
  • Successfully pass the drug test and background check.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
  • Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.
