Reports To: President of Studer Entertainment & Retail

Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) of the Beloit Sky Carp will oversee many aspects of the team's business operations. The GM will work closely with front office and ownership to ensure the team remains competitive, profitable, and well-integrated within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the team's business and administrative functions.
  • Ensure coordination between the front office and support teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage the team's budget, including revenue generation, expenses, and cost control.
  • Work with ownership to set and track financial targets, ensuring the team meets organizational goals.
  • Oversee various departments in the front office, including the box office, marketing, group sales, community relations, and corporate sales.
  • Hire, supervise, and evaluate front office staff in the box office, marketing, group sales, community relations, and corporate sales.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize performance and team morale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, sponsors, media, and fans.
