The Aviators are in their seventh season as the Triple-A affiliate of the Athletics. The Aviators home games are played at Las Vegas Ballpark in the master planned community, Summerlin, Nevada, a community in Las Vegas.

About The Role

This is a seasonal, part time, on call position responsible for providing support to the Ballpark Support department performing a full range of duties at the Las Vegas Ballpark.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in the set-up and breakdown of all events. This may include cleaning, lifting and/or moving tables, chairs, umbrellas, fencing, etc.

  • Participate in the handing out of promotional items.

  • Assist shipping/receiving as needed.

  • Work closely with all departments as requested.

  • Interact with clients, contractors, consultants, and managers in a positive and helpful manner.

  • Assist Ballpark Support Manager.

  • Retain extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas Ballpark, stadium procedures, etc.

  • Provide accurate directions throughout stadium for fans, guests, and clients.

  • Engage and interact with clients, fans, and stadium staff.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

About You

  • Strong communication skills preferred.

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

  • Must be able to work at least 50 games including Opening Day and holidays.

  • Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.

  • Initiative and has a hardworking, positive attitude.

  • Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.

  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat cold and rain.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation: starting at $17 per hour
